Southland Utility Services, Inc. (Southland) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Choctawhatchee Electric Cooperative (CHELCO). We specialize in utility construction installation; right-of-way clearing and maintenance; power line and meter inspections; utility locates; and courier and code form services.
