BonHom is a boutique vacation rental management company serving Florida’s 30A Gulf Coast, built around a simple belief: a good home is defined by the people who experience it and the care that surrounds it. We help homeowners stay connected to what they love most while thoughtfully managing everything behind the scenes.

Our sister company, Summit Mountain Rentals, has managed nearly 400 homes in Breckenridge, Colorado for over 20 years. Operating in a proven luxury vacation market has shaped how we approach every home, with a clear understanding of what discerning homeowners expect: consistent care, proactive communication, and elevated performance.
