We use AccuLynx — one of the leading roofing CRM platforms — to deliver professional proposals to homeowners within 24 hours of an inspection. When you bring in a lead, we move fast so you never lose momentum.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for two types of candidates: hungry newcomers who want to learn a high-income skill, and seasoned sales pros ready to hit the ground running.

What You Will Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods in the Destin / Santa Rosa Beach / Fort Walton Beach area, identifying homes with aging, damaged, or storm-affected roofs
• Knock doors confidently and offer homeowners a free roof inspection and free written estimate — no obligation, no pressure
• Conduct basic on-site roof inspections, take photos, and send findings to our owner for same-day proposal preparation
• Present our Good / Better / Best proposal to homeowners and close the sale
• Collect the deposit, remain the homeowner's primary contact throughout the job, and collect final payment upon completion
• Log all leads and follow-ups daily
• Build referral relationships — every satisfied customer is your next lead source

Two Career Tracks — Pick Your Starting Point

Track A — The Builder (No Experience Required) Perfect for motivated newcomers, athletes, restaurant workers, bartenders, or anyone with great people skills who wants to build a high-income career.

• Trial period: 5% commission on your first 5 closed sales — we call this the "5@5"
• PLUS a $20 bonus for every qualified lead you generate (up to 20 leads, resets each time you close a sale — no monthly cap for active closers)
• After your 5th sale: automatic advance to 6% commission
• Senior level: 7%, then 8% after 5 margin-qualifying jobs
• Top performers can earn 10% + Sales Manager title with 2% override on rookie reps you train

Track B — The Producer (Experienced Sales Pros) Prior roofing, solar, home improvement, or outside sales experience? Skip the long ramp and start earning more from day one.

• Trial period: 7% commission
• After trial: 8% commission — fully independent on estimates and project management
• Senior / Top Producer: 10% commission — owner-offered to proven performers
• Eligible for Sales Manager title and 2% override on rookie reps you train

How We Pay — Fast and Transparent

We pay commissions in two installments tied to your cash milestones:

• First check: when the customer's deposit is collected and the work order is signed — typically within days of closing the deal
• Final check: when the job is complete and fully paid

No waiting weeks for your money. Close a deal Monday, see a check by Friday.

On a $14,000 roof at 6% commission, you earn $840 on that one job. Close 4 jobs a month and you're at $3,360 — just from commissions, not counting your lead bonus. Scale from there.

The Sales Manager Opportunity

This is real and it is built into our compensation plan — not something vague we promise and never deliver. Once you consistently sell at or above our margin standards, you can request a formal review for promotion to Sales Manager at 10% commission. As Sales Manager you recruit and train rookie reps, accompany them in the field their first two days, and earn a 2% company-paid override on every sale they close — until they reach Senior level. With 4 active rookies each closing 3 jobs a month at $14,000 average, that's an additional $3,360 per month on top of your own commissions. The override is paid by RoofPro — it does not come out of the rookie's check.

Who We Are Looking For

You do NOT need roofing experience. You DO need:

• A valid Florida driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• The ability to be outdoors and on your feet in Florida weather daily
• Comfort climbing a ladder for a basic visual roof inspection
• Strong communication skills — friendly, confident, and genuine
• A self-starter mentality — you generate your own leads, you own your results
• Basic smartphone skills to log leads and send photos

Great candidates have come from: restaurant and bar service, retail sales, real estate, solar, pest control, insurance, fitness training, and military backgrounds. If you know how to talk to people and you're not afraid of rejection, you can do this.

What This Is Not

This is not a salaried position. This is not a lead-provided role where you sit and wait for the phone to ring. This is a field-based, self-generated, commission-only opportunity designed for someone who wants to control their own income. If you are willing to put in the work, the Emerald Coast roofing market will reward you — Florida's weather, aging housing stock, and year-round population create consistent demand. Rejection is part of the job. So is writing big commission checks.

Compensation Summary

• Commission-based (1099 independent contractor)
• Track A Trial: 5% per sale + $20 per qualified lead generated
• Track A Producing: 6% per sale
• Track B Trial: 7% per sale
• Track B Producing: 8% per sale
• Senior levels: 7%–10% based on performance and margin
• Sales Manager override: additional 2% on rookie team sales (company-funded)
• Earning potential: $60,000–$150,000+ annually for full-time committed reps
