How you’ll make an impact in this role

Deliver compassionate, direct nursing care by adhering to evidence-based clinical standards to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality, and personalized treatment.

Orchestrate multidisciplinary care plans by serving as the primary coordinator between doctors, specialists, and support staff to ensure a seamless and holistic patient journey.

Advocate for patient safety through the continuous monitoring and precise documentation of clinical conditions, ensuring the care team is always informed and ready to act.

Execute physician and nursing orders with precision while proactively managing the patient’s evolving needs to ensure treatment goals are met efficiently.

Facilitate successful patient transitions by assessing and coordinating discharge needs early, empowering patients and their families for a safe and confident return home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart
  Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date
  or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board of
  Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained
  prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• 1 Year of Level II NICU experience required
• 2 years of Level II NICU experience preferred
