Café Operator

Stock & Brew is seeking an Operations Manager for our café/coffee shop at The District. This is a hands-on, career-building opportunity to help grow and shape the newest part of our brand. If you’re passionate, driven, and ready to lead a thriving café, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine all coffee and food menus with creativity and vision

• Create and manage operational, sales, and business processes

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 4–8 staff members

• Oversee financial performance and manage budgets effectively

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards

• Stay agile and strategic in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiently use Google Sheets, iOS devices, and other applications for daily operations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years managing or owning a successful coffee shop

• Proven ability to drive results and develop a strong team

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Experience in the food industry, including knowledge of charcuterie boards

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
