Groundskeeper - Saltaire Apartment Homes

Heritage Properties is seeking a friendly, courteous and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team at our upscale apartment community located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL at Saltaire Apartment Homes.

What you will do:

As the Groundskeeper, you will play an important role by ensuring the grounds, buildings, common areas, and amenities are kept clean and in order for our current and future residents.

• Keep the grounds free of trash and debris at all times
• Clean stairwells, landings and walkways, pool areas, mail areas, and gutters and drains
• Pressure washing buildings and walkways
• Check lights and change bulbs
• Remove items from vacant apartments
