Farmers Market Brand Ambassador – North Bay Cigar Company (PRN)

Job Description:

North Bay Cigar Company is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Brand Ambassador to represent our premium cigar line at local farmers markets. If you enjoy meeting new people, love sharing great products, and thrive in a lively outdoor environment, this role is a perfect fit. (This is an as needed position and not full-time)

What You’ll Do

• Set up and break down the North Bay Cigar Company booth at area farmers markets
• Engage with customers in a warm, approachable way
• Educate shoppers about our cigars, our process, and what makes our products unique
• Handle sales transactions confidently and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting booth space
• Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, positive personality
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable talking with customers and answering questions
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to lift and carry booth materials (tents, tables, product boxes)
• Interest in cigars is a plus—training provided

Compensation

• Training: $15/hour
• Independent Market Days: Paid a flat fee per event once fully trained
