In this role, you will support the Banking Center Manager (BCM) in overseeing the efficient daily operations of a full-service banking center. You'll help deliver responsive, innovative, and secure financial solutions while providing personalized service to our customers. This is an onsite position, offering the chance to work with local leadership and customers as an integral part of the South Walton community. QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION | EXPERIENCE | SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. HOURS OF AVAILABILITY: Regularly Scheduled Hours/Week: 40 (+) hours per week: Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5:00pm | *Extended working hours may be required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for assisting in the management of the banking center team including service, sales, and operations. Adhere to all department and company policies and procedures and follow applicable banking regulations.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will be called on to make both minor and major decisions in the workplace in the absence of the Bank Manager. This may include discipline and evaluation of employees' performance for all retail staff. Ability to rapidly assess any situation, weigh the pros and cons of various approaches, and make an educated and informed decision.
