The Walton Community Health Improvement Partnership (WCHIP) is an active group of agencies, organizations, businesses, and community members who are committed to improving the health of Walton County residents. Throughout Walton County our goal is to: 1. Improve health behaviors. 2. Increase use of screening services, preventative services and/or primary care services. 3. Increase awareness of local resources.
