The Walton County Health Improvement Partnership (WCHIP) is an active group of agencies, organizations, businesses, and community members who are committed to improving the health of Walton County residents. Throughout Walton County our goal is to: 1. Improve healthy behaviors 2. Increase use of screening services, preventive services and / or primary care services 3.
