WCHIP Meeting
The Walton County Health Improvement Partnership (WCHIP) is an active group of agencies, organizations, businesses, and community members who are committed to improving the health of Walton County residents. Throughout Walton County our goal is to: 1. Improve healthy behaviors 2. Increase use of screening services, preventive services and / or primary care services 3. Increase awareness of local resources. Please join us and support your local community by participating in this community-wide strategic plan for improving community health.
