Indulge in four fine dining courses all expertly paired with Buffalo Trace Bourbon aboard SunQuest Cruises Bourbon Dinner Cruise on Friday, March 22nd. The four-course culinary adventure begins with an Opening Reception at 6:45 pm, serving Old Fashioned Glazed Bison Meatballs and Manhattan Shrimp, paired with Buffalo Trace Old Fashioned. Appetizers are followed by a Mint Julep Salad with Lamp and Eagle Rare & EH Taylor Bourbon. The Featured Course is a Bourbon Barrel Salmon, broiled and served on an oak barrel stave with Blanton’s Bourbon. Last Call is a Banana Bourbon Cheesecake, paired with the Buffalo Trace Cream Liqueur.
