Kick Off Summer with a Day of Fun at the E.O. Wilson Biophilia Center The E.O. Wilson Biophilia Center is kicking off summer with a fun, laid-back community event on May 30th, and everyone’s invited. Taking place at 4956 FL-20 E in Freeport, the Summer Kickoff is all about getting outside, enjoying nature, and spending time together. Whether you’re coming with family or friends, there will be plenty to do throughout the day. Guests can look forward to a bounce house for the kids, water activities to cool off, and hands-on crafts. There will also be a raffle with prizes, food trucks, plus live music from musician Jennifer Alvarado to keep things lively. One of the highlights of the day will be the Animal Ambassador chats, where visitors can get up close and learn more about wildlife from the Center’s educators. A guest speaker will also be joining to share insights about nature and conservation.
