This is your time to slow down and support your body's natural recovery process in this 90-minute soundbath created especially for active and overworked bodies.
Led by Olivia Hansen, a former bodybuilder turned yogi, this session combines recovery-minded breath, gentle movement, and sound to support deep rest and recovery. Your evening begins with guided breathwork and optional hands-on support to help the body downshift and settle. From there, sound from organic instruments such as crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, frame drums, and chimes supports muscular release and gives the body space to move into recovery.
This experience is accessible to all levels and requires no prior experience with sound or meditation. Come as you are and give your body the time and space it needs to rest and recover.
