  Speakers Current & Future State of Healthcare in Our Community Join us on Wednesday, Oct. 7th at the Linkside Conference Center in Sandestin as Roger Hall, President of Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast, and Dr. Kornelis Poelstra, Orthopedic Spine Surgeon, provide an update on the current and future state of healthcare in our community, including the $30M expansion at the hospital and the new robotic guidance surgery system. The hospital is a true partnership with the community, one that began with a Purple Ribbon Campaign led by the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce 15 years ago to make the hospital possible. Sacred Heart Hospital was recently recognized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as providing a 5-Star patient experience, which only 10 hospitals in the state received. The hospital has been named a 100 Top Hospital® by Truven Health Analytics and Thomson Reuters for the past four years and five times since opening in 2003. |
