Greg Harris leads Quantum Workplace, an Omaha based leader in workplace research and analytics.  Under Harris' leadership, Quantum has amassed North America's largest database of employee engagement data.  Quantum is in the business of showing organizations the strength of their employees, culture and leaders.
Prior to joining Quantum Workplace, Harris founded a research firm specializing in the measurement of client loyalty among financial companies.  He started his career as an analyst for a Wall Street investment bank.
Harris graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with degrees in Political Science and Research Methodologies.  He serves on the board of two non-for-profit organizations.
