Point Washington Preserve Ribbon Cutting

Southern Hybrid Homes and the Good Samaritan Institute ("GSI") announces the grand opening of the Point Washington Preserve ("PWP") event pavilion in Santa Rosa Beach. PWP, South Walton's newest event venue, can accommodate 350 people and is quietly nestled in 300 acres of state forest. 

The facility will host weddings, corporate events and much more, including retreats for scientists and engineers sponsored by GSI.

Join us to celebrate along with the Walton County Chamber of Commerce, and in welcoming, members of the Building Industry Association of Okaloosa and Walton Counties ("BIA") and the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® ("ECAR").
