Pause for Paws Yoga Class benefiting Dog-Harmony, Inc.

It's time for another Pause for Paws Yoga Class benfiting Dog-Harmony, Inc. We have the pleasure of hosting once again at our optical boutique located in Redfish Village. We hope you'll make plans to join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating class lead by Michelle Meagher who volunteers her time and talent to support Dog-Harmony, Inc.

All you need to bring is a mat, towel, water and a suggested $10 donation. All proceeds from the event will be donated to Dog-Harmony, Inc.

We also ask out of respect for those participating that you leave your furry 4-legged members at home. Dog-Harmony volunteers will be present to answer any questions and may bring one of their rescues for you to meet!
