Mobile Renaissance Faire

Huzzah It's Time!!! It's Faire time once again! Time to eat, drink, be merry and get medieval! Celebrating the history and heritage of Medieval Europe as well as the 16th-century Gulf Coast. All New Wild West Round-Up and History Festival has been added to both events Great Double Weekends of Fun!!! Come see Full Armor Jousting, Swordfighters, Jesters, Jugglers, Firebreathers, Musical Minstrels, Gypsy and Exotic Belly Dancers, Falconry, Magic, Pirates, Conquistadors, Wild West Gunslingers from Six Gun Territory, Al Capones Roaring 20s Gangsters, Swing Dancing, Joe Occhipinti's Swing Band, Civil War demos, petting zoo, food, drink, games, rides and much much more fun!!! Costumes Not Required We encourage any costumes related to the past, Renaissance, Medieval, Western and History related characters, heck if you want to be Darth Vader then so be it, Costumes are not required, just encouraged, Have Fun!! Demonstrations Demonstrations are an important part of our Festival’s craft program, as they provide an opportunity for patrons to interact directly with our artisans. Come see how our talented artists create such beautiful, diverse, and colorful products to our festivals! Animal Interactions Rides are typically not machine powered; various animal rides and human-powered swings are common. Action Packed!! The Mobile Renaissance Faire & The Gulf Coast Renaissance Faire includes a joust as a main attraction Live animal displays and falconry exhibitions are also commonplace. Food & Games There are food and beverage vendors, as well as game and ride areas Games include basic skills events such as archery or ax-throwing as well as other games of skill. Did you know? Minstrels were the pop stars of the Renaissance. Traveling musicians and poets, minstrels entertained with songs and stories, often conveying news and tales from distant lands.
