IMPROVE YOUR GOLF SWING!

Do you sway in your backswing?       Do you slide in the downswing?
Do you come over the top of the ball?    Do you early extend in the swing?
Do you….dare I say SHANK the ball?

All swing faults can be related back to body mechanics and what is or what is not happening in the body when you swing the club. The good news is that when you correct the faulty patterns or the restricted motion in the body the golf swing GREATLY IMPROVES!
This class focuses on all the essential components that are needed for an effortless golf swing.
• Increase mobility and stability of the joints and muscles.
• Improve balance & coordination to improve swing dynamics.
• Increase strength & flexibility to create faster club head speed which = longer drives.
• Improve posture to improve rotation which creates more power.
• Define and improve muscle tone to stabilize the pelvis and hips for straighter drives.
• Increase energy levels and reduce or eliminate back pain to allow for more play time!

This class will have you hitting the ball farther, straighter and with more consistency and power.

Saturday May 18th 9am to 10am. This is a ten week program meeting every Saturday for ten weeks
This class is capped at 6 people so individual attention is given to each student.
