During this session, “See It Their Way: How Great Managers Inspire Teams to Actually Care,” participants will explore how perspective, communication, and coaching can transform the way teams work together. Through an interactive group activity, attendees will experience firsthand how different viewpoints can either divide a team or bring it together.

This training focuses on practical leadership tools you can apply immediately, including how to better navigate team dynamics, build a culture rooted in support and accountability, and motivate employees to take initiative and feel connected to the work they do.
