Leadership Training: What Worked, What Didn’t & What’s Next: A year-end reflection & planning session

Most of us spend the year moving from one thing to the next without ever really stopping long enough to look at what happened. We finish one project and move straight into another. We solve one problem and five more show up behind it. We keep saying we’ll slow down when things settle down, but somehow they never really do. And then December rolls around and suddenly everyone is talking about goals for next year...

But before we start adding more to the list, it might be worth asking a few better questions first. What actually worked this year? What took way more time and energy than it should have? What did you keep doing simply because you’ve always done it that way? What are you proud of? What are you tired of carrying? And what do you want to be more intentional about moving forward?

We’re not going to waste your time creating a giant list of goals that you’ll look back on in a few months and feel defeated by. Instead, we’re going to create the space to slow down, look back, take stock, and get honest about what worked, what didn’t, what you’re ready to let go of, and what actually deserves your attention next.
