Power, Privilege, Influence, & Change

Regardless of color, creed, ethnicity, or gender-identification, being in a privileged position inherently comes with an extraordinary amount of power and responsibility. Great organizations arise when leaders leverage their influence to benefit everyone. It is critical that we all aspire to be ambassadors, advocates, and allies to those who are under-represented.

Let’s build a bridge to walk towards each other rather than away. Join us as we “de-fang,” de-mystify, and discuss how leveraging one’s privileged role can influence and affect positive change in establishing, cultivating, and embracing an IDEAL environment at work, school, and in everyday life.
