Designed by Gino Wickman, an entrepreneur working in his family enterprise, EOS identifies six elements of business that must be correctly and consistently managed in order for your business to gain traction and grow.
In this workshop Mike will present a high level overview of of these six elements and inspire you to operate your business with intention. At the end of this event, everyone will walk away with at least one tool, process or idea that can be implemented immediately to improve your business.

This event is open to the public and will be of particular interest to veterans transitioning to entrepreneurship or civilian employment. The clearly defined goals and accountabilities of EOS mirror the decisiveness fundamental to military service, but many civilian businesses struggle to align. To help translate the skills learned in the military to entrepreneurship, Veterans Florida and statewide partner organizations, like Beachworx, have joined forces to offer the Veterans Florida Entrepreneurship Program, of which this workshop is an initiative.
