COPE Center Community Health and Outreach Fair

COPE Center is sponsoring a FREE Community Health & Outreach Fair at DeFuniak Springs Community Center on HWY 83. The 6^th Annual Event will have 40+ providers and exhibits. At this fair, you will discover the wide variety of resources that our community has to offer, many of them FREE! Health screenings available for FREE include glucose screenings (provided by the Walton County Health Department, WCHIP), cardiac risk assessments, (provided by the North Okaloosa Medical Center), osteoporosis screenings and body fat analysis (provided by Sacred Heart Medical Center), oral cancer screenings (provided by West Florida AHEC), and vision screenings (provided by Wal-Mart Vision Center).
