Nancy first read this book almost 20 years ago and had her first aha! moment. At the time, she was struggling with the decision to continue her education in dog training or to pursue her other true love ? the study of wine. This book pointed Nancy in the right direction, and she has never regretted this decision. How better to celebrate than to re-read this book with friends while drinking an amazing glass of wine. Nancy suggests a pairing with something from Thompson 31fifty winery or Riverrain Vineyards.
