45 Central Celebration of Bubbles

What's new this year:
The Celebration of Bubbles event rounds out the weekend of the Seeing Red Wine Festival in Seaside, FL. This year, the event will take place in the Seaside Lyceum. Hosted by Chef Jim Shirley and and his 45 Central Wine Bar, the event will feature five courses displayed in a walkabout format. From 12-2PM 120 guests will stop by the five stations a enjoy a special course and glass of bubbles. This open format allows guests to come and go and choose what they will taste and when. Expect the best event yet in this intimate setting.
