LakeFest is an annual festival in DeFuniak Springs, Florida celebrating safe, recreational activities for the entire family on the water and banks of beautiful Lake DeFuniak, one of the world?s rare, naturally round spring-fed lakes. The 2022 event is comprised of live entertainment, kayak/water sport races, outdoor evening movie, fish fry, hilarious cardboard boat races, water demonstrations, booth exhibits, water slides, bounce houses, kids activities, an historic district bicycle tour, and car show. The 2022 program will include overnight primitive camping for those who sign up in advance for an event or who are vendors, sponsors and educational booth hosts.

8 am-8 pm: Primitive (tent) camping registrations. Visitors Center, Circle Drive.
11 am-until we run out: LAKEFEST FISH FRY- Fish, Fries, Beans, Coleslaw, and Hushpuppies
5 pm- DJ CO-LOCK- In the Mix
6 pm-7:30 pm: Live Entertainment by TODAY'S YESTERDAY BAND
7:30 pm - 10 pm: Live Entertainment by SHANE OWENS

7:00 am-10:00 am: Triathlon- Begins at Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood.
7:00 am: Artist/All Vendors Market, check in, Circle Drive
8 am- 10 am: Car Show Check In, registration on website only. No late cars accepted.
8:00 am-Noon: Farmers' Market- Baldwin Avenue between 7th & 8th Streets
8:15 am: Registration for all water sports competitions
9 am: OPENING CEREMONIES - TBD
9 am-3:30 pm: EVENTS & ACTIVITIES by area:
- Walton County Heritage Museum, Circle Drive, operational hours
- Camp Kids, Circle Drive, Lakeyard
10 am-3 pm: Chautauqua Classic Car Show and Public Voting (10 am-2 pm). NE Corner of E. Main at Chipley Park
10 am: EVENTS & ACTIVITIES:
- Entertainment, DJ CO-LOCK- In the Mix
- Lucky Duck, Lake DeFuniak
- Kayak and Paddle Challenge Entry Fee to participate. Free to watch.
- Big Kahuna Voyager Race
11 am-11:30 am: LIVE ENTERTAINMENT - TBD Amphitheatre.
11:30 am - Noon: LIVE ENTERTAINMENT - TBD Amphitheatre.
12 pm: Cardboard Boat Competition begins, waters edge Circle Drive, Lakeyard.
1 pm: LIVE ENTERTAINMENT- - TBD Amphitheatre.
2:30 pm - 3 pm: Introduction of dignitaries/special guests & Introduction of 2022 Lakefest Queens
3 pm: AWARD PRESENTATIONS: Amphitheatre
