As a member of the U.S. Army Special Forces\, 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne)\, he operated at the highest levels of skill\, discipline\, and leadership. During his distinguished career\, he served as Team Sergeant of a Combat Dive Team and later as Sergeant of Command Operations\, leading soldiers through demanding missions across the globe.\n\nHis service took him to Iraq\, Afghanistan\, and throughout Central and South America\, where he carried out critical operations and trained alongside international partners. Those experiences tested his resolve and deepened his belief in the power of teamwork\, adaptability\, and shared purpose.\n\nToday\, Master Sergeant Couillou continues that mission in civilian life. He dedicates his time to helping veterans transition successfully\, mentoring them to become stronger leaders and contributors within their communities. Whether he's guiding others through challenges\, organizing veteran outreach\, or simply being there when someone needs support\, he leads with the same strength and integrity that defined his military career.\n\nThrough his actions\, Master Sergeant Couillou proves that service doesn't stop when the uniform comes off   it simply takes on a new form.
